Meet Ms. Prichard!
My name is Katrina Prichard and I have been teaching for 28 years. This year, year 29 is going to be great! I will tell you a little about myself. I have lived in the Krebs/McAlester area all my life. I graduated from ECU in Ada and started working here at Krebs School in 1996.
I love sunflowers, sea turtles, the ocean and most of all my grandchildren, Lane and Langley! Theye have my heart!
I have two wonderful children, Anna is married to Cody and Carmine lives here in Krebs.
My fur baby is Shadow, he’s a mini schnauzer and is 16 years old. He passed away last year. He was just like a little boy and I loved him so much.
My significant other, is Charles! He helps me a lot with my classroom! Anything that needs built or hung up, he’s on it! You will also see him at our bingo’s. He is my great support and comfort.
I’m excited to have your child in my class and I know we will all work together to make this a great year!
Sincerely,
Ms. Katrina Prichard
Behavior
We have the clip up chart. Everyone starts on ready to learn. When they are caught doing good we clip their name up to great choices. If they are caught being good again, they get clipped up to awesome student.
When a student gets in trouble, we clip then down one and it says, think about it. If they are in trouble again, we clip them down to teacher’s choice. and the last time they get in trouble we move it down to, contact parent. If I have talked to you twice about bad behaviour, the next time we will go to the office.
